FYI I found some part numbers for hose lines that includes the connector from E220 Bluetec. The repair items are for other hose connectors but included them if anyone finds this
Be aware the smaller lower spec cars (I guess lower air flow rates) have fittings that look the same but are half size... with the OD of the pipes on small cars fitting inside the ID of the big pipe fittings as used on W221 seats
