They do on certain things--accident history is not one they guarantee.

Picked up a 5 year extended warranty from american standard auto warranty, for $2550. I see a few bad reviews, but BBB rating is good and Rated #2 here:

Hope they're legit. Supposedly they cover everything except normal wear and tear/maintenance
