It certainly could have been used in his fleet. It has fairly high miles for a 2011. It might behoove him to pay for a CarFax and post it to the ad if he's certain that it's been accident free.

There is usually zero problem with cars used as limos- many miles in a short period of time, well documented maintenance, professional driver driving defensively and without abrupt maneuvers, acceleration, braking... All good things
Frankly the only downside of limos are the wear/ tear of interior...

Those you can tell easily. Repainted bumpers is usually a dead give away for newer but high mileage cars that they were town limos... I live in New England and personally never buy cars previously registered in ny/ nj as they all are wrecks more or less.
