Yesterday on my 2007 s550 my driver side window work perfect today It won’t go up or down I got no sound when I hit the button does anybody know what to do is it the window regulator is it the window motor is It the door control module

No offense, but adding periods would make it easier for others to read and encourage more responses.

I had this exact same issue happen to me this weekend. My 2007 is still under extended warranty, so I'm heading to the dealer this afternoon to see what they find.
