MEC Design - anyone have experience
Hi Everyone,
I am seriously looking at MEC Design exhaust for my S550 4matic. My concern is the earthquake version of their exhaust might be too loud and drone.
The Daytona might not be quite enough.
My S550 gets lots of long trips since my wife doesn't fly. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

Question: What's the reasoning for putting an aftermarket exhaust on your S550?
Honestly, I wouldn't do it. The 08 S550 isn't a car that has the persona to have a loud exhaust. IF and that is a strong if you had the bodykit and work done to the engine, then may but even still, it doesn't seem right. If you listen to the end of the video below, you can hear what I did to my S600...You could not hear it on the inside but on the outside you could only under acceleration for the most part...it looked the part though to me. I wouldn't have done it to my S550.

IF and that is a strong if you had the bodykit and work done to the engine, then may but even still, it doesn't seem right. I wouldn't have done it to my S550.
