BLUE SMOKE / EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION
I have an S 320 CDI, W221.
When going down hill on deceleration, blue smoke comes out the exhaust. When I am driving on power on a flat road or going up a hill, it's fine, no smoke. It's using 1 litre of oil every 200 miles. Please help? Had a new turbo fitted, didn't sort the problem. Is it rings, valve guide seals..., any suggestions please. Has anyone else had this problem? The car has done 250,000 miles and still runs perfectly other than this issue
