2009 mercedes s5550 4matic,car has 84 Kmil, after changing lower radiator hose for a leak, when i was trying to turn it on to fill it up with antifreeze car does not start, no cranking noise just the dashboard lights on but the engine wont start at all, all i hear just a little bit of a click noise in the front middle engine, i checked the battery the battery is full(1 month old OEM) i would appreciate it if someone give me any ideas or some help please. I know the best way is to go to the mercedes dealership but i have only bad experience with them last time after they made a car diagnostic i end up just paying $165 and i got only some indication but not the real issue, i ended up going to garage mechanic to fix the car.

That will be the only way you get any valuable information. It could be any part of the immobilizer system disabling the Start command to the ECU. Does the gear indicator indicate if the vehicle is in Park, etc? If you attempt to change gears, do you hear the servo operate?

i just fixed it, it was the starter it took two hours to get it done anyway thanks for replying

when a vehicle doesnt crank before you do anything else always, always try to bang with a little rubber hammer on the starter... always...
