Car fax shows history but dealer says nothing exists?

Car fax shows history but dealer says nothing exists?
Looking at a used S600 (2007) and the carfax has TONS of detail (all done at one dealer since day 1). I called that dealer to ask if the ABC system had been flushed as part of the service listed as "Suspension Serviced" at 41,000 miles. The service writer told me that the car was listed but there were no records listed for it at all. She said that's very weird and spent a while looking it up a few ways.
So, I don't assume it's a faked carfax, right? So has anyone seen this before? I'm getting a pre purchase inspection at another dealer (it went through the auction to this place) but would feel better seeing a flush on the record.

Nah. Many things I'm comfortable doing myself and it's not a daily driver. It's a toy and reliability expectations are as such. Once you do a little research they're not that bad.

To wrap this up... had a PPI done at a dealership and that dealership was able to see all the same records as the carfax. The car was perfect with only needing new tires. I had them pay special attention to ABC fluid and there were no leaks and the fluid was nice bright green and clean!
