S550 Rear Headresst
Hello All, yes, I was hoping to get some info on how the three rear headrest operate on a 2013 S550 I just purchased. I can manually pull the two side headrest into the up position and retract them with console button in front. The middle one though is stuck in the up position and would really like it down for rear visibility. I was thinking they all should operate mechanically from the front, but maybe I am wrong.

May need to be normalized, find someone with MB DAS (diagnostics).

Hi,
Yes you are correct, all 3 back headrests should go down from the selected button in the front console. Al least they do in my 2012... I am now thinking that you may have a mechanical issue with the middle headrest itself. Sounds like a trip to the dealer...
