I’ve seen a few 2015+ S class wheels for sale and was curious if they fit the W221? These are the wheels. Thank you

Sure, they'll bolt right on.

Only problem is they are smaller.

You've got 8.5 in. wide wheels, and 222 wheels are only 8.0

So would you say these won’t be an upgrade compared to my 2010 S550 AMG package wheels?

Those wheels may also have a different offset.
