S350 Engine mount sensor

Does anyone know why the S350 bluetec has sensor on engine mount? ( PN of the mount: A2212404717 and A2212404817) What is the purpose of the sensor? I never seen sensor on engine mount before.

I could not find any mention of it in WIS, but I don't think this is a sensor, but rather a control signal is sent to the engine mount to change the damping characteristics when the engine is at idle, vs. at higher running speeds.
