Dynamic Seat Air Cushion Behavior

My '08 S 65 Drivers Dynamic Seat Bladder threw a DTC which I did not record before erasing it. Speicfically, the right side bolster does not inflate as quickly as the left side bolster when rounding a corner and I assume it is due to a leak. All other dynamic seat inflations work properly. Accorcingly, I purchased a used replacement spring frame air cushion and when it arrived I noticed that one of the side bolsters still was slightly inflated. The other side, shoulder and lumbar air cushions are completely deflated. The one that still has air in it cannot be deflated by compressing it as the valve wont release the entrapped air. Does this indicate that the bladder inflation solenoid valve is defective? Is this bladder supposed to be completely deflated with no power to the inflation valves? If so it needs to be returned as defective before I attempt to install it. Help is appreciated.

I'm a little confused by your issue. When rounding a corner, one side is suppose to inflate more than the other, to hold you in place. If everything else is working, I'm not sure you have a problem.

They both inflate although one inflates considerably and faster and more fully when turning than the other side does when turning in the opposite direction. They dont behave the same as one would expect. This has given rise to a DTC and the system deactivates once the code is thrown. My question has to do with the bladder condition of the removed bladder assembly when the vehicle is shut down/power removed from the inflation control module and removed from the vehiclle. Are the bladders supposed to deflate completely when power is totally removed from the air cushion assembly? In other words, do the inflation valves open completely allowing any pressure to be relieved when the unit is disconnected from all sources of power. Or is it normal for the valves to entrap a certain amount of air even though power has been removed. If they dont deflate completely, is it normal to have one bladder semi inflated and the other to be completely deflated? I dont think so. The replacement part I got has one bladder completely deflated and the other retains some air that cant be squeezed out when on the bench. I think this indicates a valve malfunction/faulty bladder assembly so Im asking the forum for clarification before I install a questionable part in the car.

S500
the outside inflates for the given corner the inner doesn't
turn it off its horrible, delayed so pointless, and only prematurely wears the seat out
