Hello, I own a 2007 s550, I love the look of my s550, but the headlights are looking pretty outdated and crusty. I am going to make an assumption that the 2013 s550 lights would be the highest model year I could swap out to??? Also I was wondering if anyone knew of a website they could direct me to that would sell these lamps (pull apart will be the first place I look however)

Also I'm curious what cosmetic upgrades (or any kind of upgrade for that matter) that you guys have done. This is the second car I own, and I'm using it more so for "Sunday drives" so to speak. I'm new here, and this is my first MB I've owned, I'm excited to be in the community.

Many W221 OWners swap their headlamps and taillights to facelift W221s . However, as far as headlamps related please stick to OEM because I have heard some complaints about cheap aftermarket headlamps

Sorry but could you clarify, are you saying any 2013 S class would be the best option for me? Thanks for the help

If you can yes , any facelift would be my choice as well . They also come with the split screen as far as I know

You can give these a try. I just did the conversion on my 2007 CL600 and am more than satisfied with the result. The output is amazing and the cutoff is super sharp. Check the video below.

I watched the video, and that seems slightly above my skill range. Looks like there's a couple of modifications made to the lamps, plus having to deal with the wiring issue as stated in video description.

I was looking more so something I could just swap out, and install rather easily. Thanks for the help
