gear shifter problems
hello guys i broke my key fob two weeks ago i got another key made and when i started my car it would not go in gear and none of my interior controls worked i did a diagnostic and this is what i got im not a machanic but i think one of my units/control modules went out i would appreciate it if someone that would have any knowledge of this could help me out

Try to have a new key fob professionally programmed by a dealer or a specialist who has the necessary dealer-level diagnostic tools to perform the SCN coding. Simply trying to fix the other codes without addressing the key fob will not solve the problem, as the car will continue to block the starting process.

Do you still have broken key? I can probably fix it. Will let you know what the issue is.
Did the “professional” remove the EIS to make the key? He might have buggered it, especially if he removed a chip from it.

Yes, he took the EIS out. Because it's said to perform the action on the bench. I also had the original broken key fixed. The locksmith transfer the nec trip to a different board so when it's still did not work, he said there was some other underlying problem.

If he transferred the NEC chip to a 3rd party board (not used MB) then it was doomed to not work. I recently proved this at other forum.
Good chance he has buggered up your EIS.
Get NEC transferred to used Benz key, not a new $20 copy from China. But if EIS messed up you may be paying local MB dealer a small fortune to get car running
