Do you have the Window Sticker? What was the MSRP of the vehicle?
I'm surprised the dealer would say it was fully loaded if it wasn't. Don't know what to tell you - I looked at my window sticker before committing to the car I saw at the dealer.
Had them fax it to me and I reviewed option by option to make sure it had what I wanted.
If they didn't give you that opportunity, they are a bad dealer, but they will want to know why you didn't look over everything before spending that kind of money.

Their response will likely be an condescending one if you question them.
I can almost guarantee you that they will ask "you spent over $100,000 and you didn't research what you were specifically buying (the actual car) before writing the check?"
At this point, you took possession of the car, and compensated them for the product they sold. Nothing you can do now. I'm sure the car is lovely and the ride is majestic as it is - just enjoy it and don't give it more thought. It's a wonderful machine.
