New Comand software for 2014's info?

In the wonderful thread by konigstiger, he mentions an update for the Comand system coming in September.

Is there anymore information on that available?

What exactly does this mean? Will the new software include a faster internet connection? The present one is NOT acceptable.

This was discussed elsewhere at the forum. The slow internet connection is not an issue of MB SW or HW but an issue with the service agreement with the service provider.
