Damaged Front Valance Strip in Chrome

I have a S550 with the sport package. I was parking the other day, and did not look carefully at the parking stop. I hit it, and cracked the horizontal chrome piece on my front "chin."

Has anyone had it repaired or replaced? How much did it cost?

My S is leased, is it required that I fix it? It's not really obvious, but it bothers me to have damage.

Not required but likely they will see it (and charge you) when you turn in the lease

It depends. If you turn it in, as you are picking up your new, high end MB, they will probably let it pass.
