Looking at buying a 14 preowned but there are practically none in stock anywhere in my area(BC, Canada). There is one 15 practically loaded with all options except sport unfortunately 33,000km for just over 100k(low supply equals high price in western canada). Just want to know what are the major differences between 14 and 15 model years (heard something about touch controllers?). Is the 15 worth buying and paying the 12-15k premium over the 14. I noticed that the back seat magazine folder thing on the front was pretty lose not sure if all the cars are like that but 7 series its a pretty hard pull to open. Also the rear compartment in the middle back seat doesn't close very easily you have to pull the open tab then push it in to close it, it doesn't just "click" back in. Is that how this car is suppose to be or maybe this car is just been roughly used. Little things i know but just wondering.

Be patient and wait a few more months. More cars will start dropping off of lease and you can find some sweet deals. You are in the drivers seat and you can find all the options and color choice....
If you sign up with AutoTrader, you can pick all your options, colors, etc. When a car becomes available, you can have AT send you an email alert.
Good Luck in your search. I picked up this 14' over the summer.
Try checking out cars.com. If looking in the US, search for s-class cars under $75,000usd which is about $100,000cad. You'll find a one-year old silver 2015 with 5,700mi and warranty until December 2019. It's a really nice car. I should know, it's mine!
Also if you buy a CPO car don't be afraid to do a national search or expand your geographic area for best pricing and option match. If it is Certified, Mercedes will stand behind the car should there be any issues.
I actually bought a Mercedes sight unseen this way and ended up being able to buy exactly the car I wanted for a great price.
