Smart Keyfob remote start - 2020 S560
I can’t find any details on this. Are you able to remote your car with just the key fob? I thought I read it somewhere some time ago. I’m aware you can do it in the app but hoping it can be done with your key fob. My wife’s 2020 X7 you simply hit the lock button 3 times and the car starts up.

I am pretty sure the challenge or reason MB didn't add this feature in their S-classes has nothing to do with technology. They could have done it since 2007 if they wanted to. It must be some security related issues that made them think it's best not to have it..... regardless, I wish it came with this feature.

We have an aftermarket remote starter solution for this vehicle now, which includes start with factory key.

We just posted this to our site, but we haven't yet done an official PR announcement for this kit. It is finished and ready for purchase though, should you be interested in it.
