I purchased the tire saver and is working better, I snot 100% solution, maybe 50% improvement.
I believe that the tires are the main problem, the side walls are to stiff and help to develop flat spot, mostly because the front of the car is very heavy.

I have a S class 2016 4 matic with run flat tires, every morning the car vibrates for a few miles and the the vibration fade away. I went to the dealer, fix the rims balance tires, check all system and they didn't fix it.
They told me that maybe are the tires, the are the Bridesgston 18" 400.
Any comment?

Did you check the transmission mount?
