How much life do you suppose is left in this
At 92,000 miles this Maybach isn’t that much at $54,000 for a 2019. What troubles would you expect to see after this amount of miles? No doubt this was likely some corporate limo, I don’t know how much care they receive.

Note just added: I just found out the Maybach is much larger than the Regular S class sedan. Maybe this is not a good fit for me.

Think I would say it depends on how it was cared for. I might report to you having owned a 16 Maybach that the back seat is the best part of the car and we found we did not use the back seat that much.
I just looked at the add. Interesting they got the exec rear seats and deleted the 3d sound system. Also that is NOT the V12 model. It has the V8 but does have all wheel drive.
IF sound systems mean anything to you then this car IS NOT your car. The 3d system is the very best I have ever herd and sadly this car does not have it.

I'd run away from this car. Based on the ownership and location it was most likely owned by a "car service". That means it was a car for hire, basically a high end taxi cab, which in that area is called car service. It probably had 20 different drivers and driven in all kinds of conditions, conditions where a normal owner would park the car. I know MB has robust corrosion protectioon, but you can be sure this car was subjected to any and all elements. The V8 options was done to save money...all signs say run away.

4Matic, Premium sound, Premium package, W&C and AMG line is my first 5 must haves. There’s a dozen more I would love but that would be one expensive car - if it one could be found!
All these websites make searching a headache and frustrating. One example I see a lot, the ad says it’s a S560 4matic but in the picture they show a S450 and or it may or may not be a 4matic! I’m amazed how the wording says it’s one color and the pictures show another!
I see a lot of posts where members are bringing home nice 560s with great options for a reasonable price. I spend at least 3 hrs a day searching from here to the mid west, south and north and everything is over priced by at least $10,000 and if the price is good it’s because it has 50,000 miles or more. I wish there were apps that I could plug in what I want and it finds it or close. It’s done with many other things.

The V12 is great but NOT necessary since the V8 is great as well. MBA is magic body control and does some really cool things to make the car ride excellent however it can add $$ if it breaks. I look back at owning the Maybach and my favorite part was the 3D sound system. I liked it so much that I got the upgrade (albeit not the same 3D sound) in my AMG GTC.

Agreed...I had a V12 S600 and it was awesome! However, I wouldn't think twice about going with a nice V8. I would have even bought an S450, but most of those had no options, or were poorly optioned.
You're right about the frustration of shopping. Most dealers keep the same description template for a car and use it the next time they get one in. It doesn't make a difference with most cars, but it definitely does with an S-Class. Some cars only have 2 or 3 trim levels so it's super easy to know what you're getting, but again, not with an S-Class. Buying a used Porshce is even worse than MB because almost all options are a la carte, instead of packages.
One of the resons I settled for an 18 is because I could use the easy decoder and see all the options super quick by pluggin in the VIN.
Glad you moved off that Maybach.
Patience will be your friend. Also, if you have a friend in the car biz, it might also be helpful.

That looks like a fleet tracking device. Probably installed by the dealer, but could be from the previous owner, but doubtful. I have a couple clients who use them to track the whereabouts of their delivery and service vehicles. The signal feeds into a display at dispatch, so they know exactly where the vehicle is, and how long it was stationary at any location. But the dealer might use it in case someone steals the car.
