M176 Pulsation Dampener Replacement
Had the marvelous opportunity to do this and what would have been a simple job on the 65 was very annoying on the 560.
My version of WIS did not have instructions on the dampener and I did not want to remove the pump so this is what I ended up doing. Everything is done from below.
1. Loose ABC pump pulley bolts
2. Remove belt
3. Remove ABC pump pulley and locate to the side
3. Separate steering coupler
4. Remove rear bolt of ABC pump bracket
5. Loosen AC compressor and move forward with lines attached
6. Remove front bolt of ABC pump bracket
7. Clean area
8. Use a specialty 17mm wrench to loosen pulsation dampener
9. Remove ABC pump mounting bolts and slide pump forward
10. Remove pulsation dampener by hand and extract through steering rack coupler access
11. Install new dampener, replace everything and check fluid level
