Missing features
Good afternoon everyone,
Looking to get a S500 for lease. I found one with the specs I want and got a great deal, but the window sticker shows it is missing the active multi contour seats, which I assume includes the massage. Is that something that can be retrofitted later? I can only assume the chair itself has the capability for the massage since it’s a standard S feature, which leaves me wondering if it’s just a matter of a chip/circuit install and program.

Multi contour/massage seats are not standard everywhere. I'm sure your seats lack the hardware (air bolsters etc.) and you would need a complete new seat plus coding.
