Tint for front windshield with HUD?
For the W223 Windshield, has anyone encountered any issues having tint? I’m considering 80%. My car has the augmented reality Head up display so most curious if there are any resolution/imaging artifact issues.

The windshield does have a special coating for the HUD, my guess is the tint will interfere with that coating.

Not impossible and it works just fine. I have 50% tint on my windshield. I have the AR HUD

Same here. No issues with AR HUD interference whatsoever. Never even crossed my mind as a matter of fact.

I have Xpel Ceramic on the whole car and works unbelievable. I'm about to rip the tints off my MSP that the previous owner did as there black as night and I think he used cheap film as i can feel the sun through the windows. In my S580 with Xpel ceramic it could be 100 out and I don't feel a thing. Considering the MSP will eat battery juice when the cabin is hot I think XC is a must
