MBUX 2.4 Update
I don't have time to check out the new features, but I'm hopeful it will be more responsive,
especially in navigation.

I did turn on the NewsFlash feature in the services section of the MercedesMeConnect app but haven't had a chance to play with it yet. As others have mentioned, I don't have the Traffic Light countdown timer. I can't seem to find the ZYNC app anywhere - possibly because it isn't available for the S580, or I don't have the package that allows it installed in my car. My Online Apple Music does seem to sound better with the Dolby Atmos, but that could be because I want it to sound better, and my ears are simply hearing something that's not really there. But my navigation responsiveness does seem to be improved.
With all that said, I did a factory reset of my system this weekend to see what that experience was like and to hopefully speed up the overall performance of MBUX. Geezus - that was painful. Calling MBUSA support and MercedesMeConnect support was useless. It took the better part of a day to get my profile synced back to my car. And by the way, whatever you do, do NOT remove your vehicle from the mobile app. Doing so will cancel your TollService with Payviam and remove your car from their service. I'm still in the process of trying to get them to reinstate my service without having to pay another $70 initiation fee. As others have mentioned on this forum, I knew factory resetting the system would wipe out my radio favorites, seat location memory, ambient light settings, home and work locations, any saved navigation favorites, etc., but I will say it did speed up the overall performance of the system. If you don't have the Payviam toll service in your car, and have the patience to go through the setup, then it might be worth the effort. Just pack a lot of patience, and don't bother calling MBUSA for support.

thanks for the update, as far as self-auto lane change, Transparent Hood, and Memory Parking Assist I know those are available in newer EQS/EQE and some of C class cars but not sure if S class can have those!
