Well, the S has just been facelifted and there's a much shorter delay in getting those cars out to all markets compared to new cars.
Seems to me that if you lease one of the facelifted ones for 39 months now, you'll be just about ready to get one of the next generation when the lease expires. Make sure you get your name down bright and early though.
What's clear is that in three years time, the current S will be nearing the end of its life and that might impact the resale value of the car. If I was leasing, I'd choose leasing options which put that risk on someone else, not me.
