Sunday get go :)

This morning on the way to breakfast down the Pacific Coast Hwy a Subaru WXR, whose driver was hotrodding it from light to light, gave a good accounting of itself. Those things are fast !!! But the S55 was quicker although the Subaru was right there both times we gave it a go.
One quick car for around $30,000..... 300 HP, 300 ft. lb. torque, four wheel drive.. I'm not sure he knew what a S55 was as he seemed in shock

Congratulations on the kill, and yes those little cars are scary fast off the whole, but after 5-=60 mph it is all over for them, unless modified.

I once ran one of those STIs from 80 to 150 and damn car was right behind me until 135 mph where his top limiter kicked it , but that car was heavly modified.

Yes the STIs are a lot of bang for the buck. It seemed that to get the thing really rolling from a start it was a lot of winding it up and just dropping the clutch.. I'm sure that is hard on the car's running gear. Anyway it was fun for the, old guy, to shock the kid in the STI ..

My 6 months with the car has only put 3500 on the car... So it is hardly broken in yet... My minor complaints with the car are few.
