Purchasing 2009 s63 AMG!

Hello everyone, currently I've been driving my 1996 s500 coupe for a long time but now I am thinking about upgrading to more power. But the main concern for me is maintenance. On my s500 it was really bulletproof all I was changing was oil and sometimes I had to change a coil and a window regulator. But I was wondering how much funds should I have set aside for the amg? The one I am looking at right now has about 70k miles

I just got mine and after some research, I think your biggest expense (unless it was already done given your miles) is the brake job $3-4k. Other than that, you're looking at regular scheduled maintenance which as far as I can tell goes from ~400 to 1200 depending in the specific service and your DYI preferences and abilities.

Good luck with your purchase

Perfect! That's just what I was looking for. Thanks so much!
