The car hesitates from stand stills if im gentle on the throttle, has a vibration at 20-25mph,40-50mph and at 60mph those exact speeds i get a vibration sometimes light sometimes very heavy and shakes the whole cabin. What could be causing this vibration not throwing any codes.

Does it feel like a bad torque converter?

Have you even done motor mounts? I suggest you do the motor mounts first.

I am suspecting my torque converter.. I've owned four S classes, 2000, 2006, 2008 and 2010, the lowest mileage was 30k and every one of them had torque converters that didn't feel right.

I recommend changing the transmission mount if you want to try a quick fix. I had a similar issue that is totally smoothed out with a tranny mount replacement. It's easy to fix yourself and if it doesn't work, then you can step it up to engine mounts (at dealer if you are not a DIY guy).

Also check Automatic Transmission Fluid level. Low ATF can cause oscillations in the valve body or chatter at shift points, if you associate the vibration with shifts. (Though it Sounds like your issue is more tied to the RPM)
