08-09 to 10-13 Exhaust tip update?


has anyone converted their round 08-09 to square 10-13 tips using the same OEM muffler? I’d love the look of the newer exhaust but looks like trouble for the muffler shop being that there is 4 Independent tubes. Anyone have any pictures or information?
