Hey guys. Just purchased a 2008 s63 with all of the bells and whistles. So I was interested in adding an amg affalterbach fob cover to the back of the fob. Only problem is the covers are only available for the type of fob that has a removable cover. The key that I was provided with was the type that is a enclosed type that does not open. The guts slide out the top unlike the type with the cover which are glued shut and need to be pulled apart to get to the circuit board. I’m pretty much stuck with the enclosed type so that means no cool amg cover for me.

Is there even an amg type key for these enclosed versions or are we stuck with the plain Jane mb key? Pictured is the enclosed type on the left and cover type on the right

i think the reason behind you issue its the year .. ive had 2 s63 one was 2011 and my current 2013 and both had the removable pannel key....
