Fully polished. With steel rotors, they will become black painted inside after a day of driving anyway

30lbs seems reasonable for 21" and such a massive amount of material (visually). How heavy are Maybach wheels compared to yours? Because frankly, I was thinking about them earlier too - I love this design. Yours are of course one step further.
