TCU Reset
For pre 2017 or earlier W222 S63 owners. Thought I would share with members here a TCU reset you can do yourself without paying your dealer a nice dinner with family money you’ll be saving.
Have your S63 been driving not quite responsive as it use to be, throttled lagging when you hit the gas? Try this and I guarantee it will make your S63 more responsive and even trick your butt dyno seem your car is fast.
Follow this as I have being doing since my days with 3 E63s in the pass and twice with the S63. You’ll love the results:
http://www.mercedesmedic.com/reset-m...-instructions/
Basically, you close all of your doors while you are sitting in the driver seat, pull the keyless go button out ( yes, it’s removalable ), stick your key fob in and turn it 2 clicks and then you’ll see all you dash lights come on, but don’t start the car. Once you turn the key fob 2 clicks, immediately floor the gas peddle to the floor and count to 10 ( I did 12 ), then turn the key off ( do not remove the key fob ), then let go of the gas. Wait 2 minutes ( I waited 3 ), then start your car and go for a test drive around the block. You’ll be amazed at how responsive you’ll car will feel now.
Enjoy.

Awesome info! Thanks for that!
Has anyone (tuners) been able to crack into the TCU yet and manipulate any of the settings? I can't get over what a turd this car is from a dig. Once the turbo's spool up its incredible, but in the first 15-30ft its slower than the local garbage truck.

Yeah, what you described is the turbo lag that our MCT is famous, but hate.
Renntech and GAD has the TCU tune, but as you can see, no real world reviews:
