Hi. Yes. As long as you have the 5.5L M157 Biturbo engine, it will work and the ECU is all the same across all M157 platform and the ECU is not married to the original car. This goes for CL63, CLS63, E63 and S63 with the M157 platform engine. Please PM if anyone is interested. Most tuner like EC, Renntech, VF and so on will be able to clone both your original EC and the second ECU you have that didn't come with the car so that you can switch between the 2 ECU for service visits.
