Selling my '19 S63 with Renntech turbo upgrade

My '19 S63 has turbo upgrade (850HP), original MSRP was $176k, paid $12k for a top notch clear matte wrap on original Silver paint, CF trim, CF/Alcantara wheel, Renntech in total came to just over $30k.
I had a discount when bought the car, about $8k.
In total, I have around $210k in this car about 2k miles at this time (car is in service to put Winter RF tires, will check the exact miles when I get the car back).
I can sell through a dealer, trading my car in for the GT63S ED 1 , 2019 left over he just got stuck with from MBUSA.
Alternatively, since I am forced to buy that GT63, I can resell it unused, brand new but titled to my name already so technically a used car, at $25k discount (I think ED 1 has around $200k MSRP).
The S63 I would sell for $140k firm.
You might ask why am I doing this crap, well, doing it guarantees a Black Series for me next year and I just can not let that get away from me.

For that level of commitment, that dealer better guaranteed the allocation of the BS in writing

Best of luck and enjoy.

Waiting for them to give me the number, I would prefer to keep the S.
Call Renntech and tell them to put it in their classifieds on site they move a lot of cars there.
At $140 that should move quickly.

Made the deal finally, traded Lusso for the GT63 to negate the Illinois tax and had my Ferrari dealer buy it back immediately (decided to sell it to him instead of being possibly stuck with it until next year).
GT63 is instantly bought back by the MB dealer and I write a check plus get a nice letter with a guaranteed allocation of Black Series.
Decided to keep the S63 instead of GT63 Ed1 because it is a better car for my needs and the loss is significantly lower.

Dealer made the terms known to all his potential Black Series customers and I just happened to jump on it first, before the others would finally make their minds.
