The symptoms you mention could be the Idler, timing or needs a spark plug change, your dealer will need to do a full diagnostic of your car to track the problem. Did you get a cell warning ?

Yes... If you drop it 20mm in sport, comfort will raise it by 10mm (like normal) and you’ll still be 20mm lower than factory comfort ride height. (Within +/-5)
