W212 never came with 20's. These are GL63 wheels. Though not meant for the E class the offset is right and while they are significantly wider (9.5" wide both front and rear) they do fit just fine.

Get a multimeter and check. New they are anywhere from 3.25-3.31 volts. I get the message once they hit 3.06 or below. You can also buy them on Amazon or Ebay in 5 or 10 packs or more.
