Low voltage

I've replaced my alternator and both batteries and still have low voltage and dash warnings. The car is charging 12.5 at idle and drops as I drive. Any ideas?

The motor gets a little warm but doesn't move. I'm fairly sure something jammed the track and burnt the motor. It's only 200.00 from the dealer but it's a pain to install.

I went with 19's 8.5 and 9.5 and Hankook v12 tires. They make a 20 also, personal preference. In my opinion the pictures don't do them justice.
