Went to a different MB specialist with STAR and he found a menu in the ESP/ABS Module that gives you the option to activate or deactivate the Run Flat Indicator....

Thanks, I'll get it scanned and see if any old codes remain. It has had a history of ESP error messages before I replaced the Steering Angle Sensor so likely that an old code will need to be removed.
