It will absolutely fit but at either extreme there are compromises. For a 9" wheel, it fits but doesn't support the tire well and you get sloppiness and rollover compared to, say, a 10" wheel.

It won't work. Laser jammers can be used as parking sensors but not the other way around.

Both cars look great... I prefer the M3 looks wise but only by a small amount and mainly because the M3 can have nice...

The Sottozero will be great in the dry but iffy in snow/ice. Having said that, even the best tires will have a hard time controlling the torque.
