If I use the boost calculation of the torque app I get a reading of about 12psi. I'll try again...

OK so turns out I ended up with a shift solenoid not a tcc (pwm) solenoid. Apparently there are 6 solenoids all up in the transmission. Make sure you order the right one :hammer:
