Yeah, they would look cool next to each other, haha. I'm not sure which black it is, I think it's just the standard black. I didn't even know they came in other colors of black. Ill have to look it up now, haha

There is Obsidian black which is very metallic. Very nice when clean but looks gray when dusty. And flat black which is super black.

fun weekend
Sunday in Fontana CA at the AAA Auto Club speedway I enjoyed a little track time!
It was a parade lap "officially", but I lagged back behind the group a few times for some rip time in short bursts. The pace car driver leading the groups also managed a few gaps for us to rip, many thanks!
This was during The California Festival of Speed. PCA put this on in conjunction with their racing series. It was a great event. Thumbs up to the people in charge of this 3 day event!

Very nice.
How did you paint your calipers? I took my wheels off yesterday and was wondering if I could leave them on and paint them or do they(Calipers) have to be removed and you have to disconnect the brake lines as well.

Based on past experience key to keeping them looking good is no wheel cleaners (I only use leftover car wash suds and microfiber wrapped wheel brush to clean the wheels and calipers) and making sure no strong tire cleaner hits the calipers when spraying the tires during cleaning. I used this method on a prior vehicle and the paint looked fresh and glossy the two years I kept it post caliper painting.
