What tires are you running?

Roswell was running the OEM C63 19x9 ET54 multi-spokes with 10 mm spacers in the rear - making the effective offset ET44 - with a 255 tire without rubbing and he's lowered. Even allowing for the extra 6 mm of rim on either side if yours are 9.5" wide, the tire would sit in exactly the same position on a 9" as it would on a 9.5" wide rim (it would be a tiny bit more stretched at the base, but the tread width and relative position to the chassis OF THE TREAD (not sidewall) would remain the same), yours look like they're ET35s or something around there as the wheel face appears to be sitting completely outside the fender well.
There are three pics below of my car that show how a 275 PSS on a 19x9.5 ET50 rim sits in relation to the fender. Mine is a Canadian APX coupe that has the 10 mm lower & stiffer "P30" track suspension, so it also sits lower than yours. I know that depending on the angle and where the sun is coming from pictures can sometimes look deceiving, but in yours that wheel appears to be sitting considerably more than 7mm further out than mine, which is where a 9.5" ET43 would sit. It might be flush with the fender, but it wouldn't poke past it the way yours appears to in the pic. Are you sure about the offset on the rears?
You can do a search for Roswell's posts and you may find some pics of his car (white sedan) on the OEM 19 multi-spokes with a 10mm spacer... they tuck in completely.
