Seat back separating and rattling. Fix?

Seat back separating and rattling. Fix?
Have been chasing a rattle for months. Then found it. Here is the top rear corner of passengers seat



I have been pretty gentle with it untill I find out how the fix it. I don't want to jam on it and break anything.
Anyone know how to fix it?

W211 E55 2003
thres 2 screws at the bottom part of the back cover. take them off and lift the cover. thats how you can remove it. the upper part has "hooks" that connect to the seat. take it off and see whats wrong
