Just reporting that i received the SuperLED's today, 2xlicence plate and 2xT10's (for the city lights) and ALL worked perfectly with no errors for me.
(removed the resistors i had for the city lights, plugged in the new T10's)
What weirded me out was when you plug in the licence plate festoons, they lit up straight away (no power on, no lights on) but once you switch the light on and then back off, they on/off perfectly as expected.
The festoons are a few mm smaller than the stock, and only have the ONE little COB(?) light with what looks like a small bubble to magnify it's light... they don't fit into the 'holder' but slot straight into the clips inside, and then just slide the housing straight back up... Will check tonight how well lit but it looks fine even during the day and I wouldn't want the licence plate ones TOO bright anyway

Yup. Same ones that I bought. And yes, same fit up as you describe. I can't say if that lighting up issue would have occurred for me or not because I ad the lights on when I installed them so that I could make sure i had them in the right direction during install.

AsianR... just a quick question, off topic, but do you happen to know what type of clips are needed for that trim/panel... I will need to get into there when i start my reverse camera retrofit but i haven't ordered the clips (which i hear some of them WILL break when taking off the panel).

They are not that expensive. I used this tool to remove the clip fasteners.

Just sharing photo of the LED's in action to gauge how bright they are...
Left the other lights in the photo so you can measure the stock rear lights against the licence plate ones.
