Painted the grill, had the headlights done, cut off the rear plate, and deleted the front plate. Also, LED turns and city lights.

-For a subtle touch, put LED festoons in for foot lights and puddle lights too. Can't Believe what a great help that is!

Pardon the winter tires/wheels (18's). Summer is coming soon!
Trying to decide whether to have the summer wheels painted dark grey/black to murder it out a little more...

Here is my 2006 CLS55 AMG
- Hand Laid Carbon Fiber Interior Kit
- Vossen 083 (painted satin black)
- Lowered (STAR)
- Tinted windows (20% / %35 windshield)
- Professionally Painted Calipers (red)

 

All cosmetically and mechanically perfect. 40k miles. Now for the performance mods......Soon to have nitrous, long tube headers, custom intake, 3 piece works wheels, and full tune. Going with blue was risky...what do you think???

 

I actually really like that blue, especially with the black accents throughout. Same taste for diffusers also. I could do without the rally stripes though. Keep the forum updated with the rest of your build!

That blue looks KILLER! It's cool to see a vibrant color on a CLS. Totally changes the look.

 

Sometimes you gotta take that risk and do a color no one has. I even got the tanks done today. Everything gloss. Matte is dead........

damn Andre, that grill is tiptop and I like it a lot, the way the car sits kind of give me hard **** and the wheels of choice create a need for my voice to say dayuum.....

 

Thanks, I love the grille also the factory just did not sit too well with the rest of the car I think the badgeless grille gives it a more aggressive look. Also installed my new wheel and now im just waiting for my Paddle Shifters to come in
