I have the black/red pepper on mine. I custom ordered my car to spec. I LOVE the interior. It looks fantastic, especially combined with the red stitching throughout and the red strip at the 12 o'clock position on the steering wheel. It also goes great with the red markings on the IWC clock as well as the red brake calipers. I say go for it!
I actually wanted to do black and white as my audi had the red/black and wanted to change it up a bit. I found mine at the dealership and this was one of the few things that was diff from what i would have ordered. once i sat in it i realized that as Punjabi said the details and red stitching bring it to a whole new level. The door panels with the double red stitches and the red accent strips below the black wood is perfection.
I have noticed a bit of blue jean tranfer to the red on the bottom of the seat but it wipes off with no issue. so i would say GO FOR IT
I have red pepper as well. The only thing that sucks is if you wear blue jeans all the time it will stain the drivers side seat a lot and it is very hard to get out.

I have this problem in my other car that has off white interior. Never in the C with red pepper. I always wear jeans.
Op, although I agree with the above comments and enjoy the red very much however red is probably the most common color as well so if you want a unique build you may want to skip this.
I have it in my c63s with the standard seats and love them. I was a bit worried when I ordered my car with them because I have never had red seats before but they are so much better looking in person. I love the red strip on the top of the steering wheel and the red stitching throughout the cabin that you get with it.
