I would say that you are likely good. GL rims tend to have a higher offset than R rims, so you may need spacers and longer wheel bolts to get the right look. Higher offsets cause the rims to fit deeper in the wheel well. It is measured from the centre line of the rim, so often as rim width is increased so is the offset to maintain alignment with the outside of the fender.

That's not a bad price. Are the rims in good condition?
You can buy spacers and bolts lots of places. Make sure they're hub centric.

If you are picking them up anyway, make the purchase pending fitment. If they stick out too far, (like -33 offset), they will rub and then there is no fix for that. 295 width is a very wide tire. May look good but ride will suffer. If it all fits, then post a pic please.

Here's a few more shots to give you an idea. I really like my offset, but for you to get this fitment you would need an offset of about 50mm on a 10" wide rim.
