they are trying to make money, make you think you're getting a deal on a trade up to 2017 c class or e class or whatever and kill you on the trade in; I get these all the time

Thing has been in their service department a couple times so far but I like it
as long as the collusion thing doesn't malfunction on me again to be clear.
