I think what you are looking at is a C300 without the Premium 3 package which includes the touchpad+click wheel.

I wish I could get this. I hate that touchpad. It is just in the way.

I agree it is in the way. I have it in my 2017 C43 and found it cleaner in my 2011 E550 without it.

I find that it gives the car a really nice and futuristic look. People really tend to be impressed by the way it looks and even more but how it functions. Plus it's a nice hand rest in my opinion. The only problem is how easy it is to get it scratched.

I didn't care for it at first but now I find it useful all the time. It's also easy to use as a hand rest..granted with an occasional unintended cursor input.
